Education should be taxe free...we shouldn't have to pay VAT to educate our children children of our lands...since they will surely contribute back to the country after studies to make Guyana a better nation.Education is a necessity.

Education is fundamental to a prosperous, happy society. A tax will increase the cost of education to many that can't afford to pay. Therefore, there should not be a tax on such a fundamental human right for all.

I absolutely disagree with the imposition of the 14% vat on private education. The youth of today is the future of tomorrow and why put a strain on the sacrifice parents are making to prep their child for the future.
