Parents are already paying to educate the children of our country in an education system that is poor on many levels. There are so many taxes on everything else. It's is completely unacceptable.

Education is vital to the development and progress of our country. Being a developing country already makes it vividly obvious that we aren't a nation of "rich" people, in fact the opposite is the stark reality. Let's not set yet another hurdle to jump in the acquisition of a proper education.

This is just another move for brainless politicians to brain wash and control the lives of the population. Is the goal to go their schools and learn what they want you to learn? If it is only the rich that can afford private education what about the ministers with super salaries who then get government sponsored scholarships?
