VAT on education can be compared to settling for less. IT'S WRONG!!!! Parents struggle to give their kids the best education, for the obvious reasons. We're trying to build an educated nation. In my opinion the government schools are chaotic.

Education is a basic requirement to build a powerful nation. Why tax it? It's not like the public system is so fantastically good that you can rely on it solely as the means for education in Guyana.
