The vat that has been added does not affect the school because the parents are paying if public schools were doin their jobs there won't be so much private school and its a sacrifice for some parents

I can't imagine that people should lose money for education when they doesn't have it on life. situation in guayana never changes if people will loiter instead get a knowledge.
