In this day and age, I believe that education should be a basic human right for children. In 2000, the major leaders around the world pledged that every child would be able to go to school by 2015. A lot has been acheived since then, but there are still 72 million childeren without access to an education. We want the government to keep their promises, and give every child an oppourtunity to attend basic schooling. We are aiming to get 500 signitures for the petition, as we believe a number of this size will make my local constituancy take notice of this honourable cause.
