I have been with school kids since this started and I feel face to face is the best option. They need the structure that school gives them. Some cry because they can not go and others have been out so long they don't care. That is sad!

At my daycare the school age children are wearing mask. We let them take turns taking them off for a few minutes at the time. They have adjusted very well. I feel the parents should have a choice of online or face to face. I personally feel that face to face is the best option. Children need to be in school for many reasons!

My son already struggles and his level of anxiety when school shut down in March was through the roof! He's an 11th grader and I know he won't graduate on time if school is remote. He MUST have the face to face instruction to succeed.

I'm signing because 2 of my kids have learning disabilities and I cant give/teach them what they need! So they need to be in a classroom

I Love and appreciate that JCPS is offering parents the CHOICE of in-person or virtual learning!! We are fortunate to live in an area where all voices are heard!!

The poll done by the Johnston County School systems shows that a large majority want students back in school. Why do a poll if you are not going to follow the results. Try to get me to answer another poll if you don’t follow the results and will of the parents. Open up and see what happens- haven’t seen any problems with day cares being open and many of them have elementary students right now because parents have to work.

Remote learning does not work well for my son. He needs interaction with his teachers and friends, even if its socially distanced.

My kids do better in school! We don’t have reliable internet and we have one computer which my husband works from. My son is going to college for an Agriculture related and needs his Ag classs to meet the requirements. My daughter is so depressed and both my kids need a classroom.
