Wrongfull deduction on my bank account, close down eDreams please! Nightmare

They scammed me out of my money, Cancelled my seat on the flight and the flight went ahead, but they kept my money. The are known for this.

Edreams needs to inform us why money was deducted from our credit card even I met the cancellation policy stipulated time . Stop blaming it on Qatar airlines .Disgraceful.

My flights were cancelled, airplane company gave the confirmation that money was returned to eDreams and so now I have no refund from them
