edreams or opodo simply should not be allowed to trade , also swiss air who my flight was with should also be ting for held to account , i am still waiting for a refund its nearly one year . i have been constantly lied to by both parties .

Edreams should be banned !!!
People reading this review please be careful and never book on edreams. You can check the groups on facebook : never edreams again and edreams fraud. You will see how many people have been scammed and money deducted from their account without them knowing. I keep chasing edreams everyday and they lie they never took payment. How inhuman and ungrateful this service is. I hope the police or the gouvernment takes action against them. They dont have pity and steal the money of innocent people. I will continue putting bad reviews everyday even they reply me the same thing that they never took payment of a ticket I cancelled and which was supposed to be refunded.My bank did verifications and despite I sent all proof they are liars,scammers.
The problem of transaction I am facing right now with eDreams. Please find below the detailed explanations :
On 17th June I made a reservation for Mru to Dxb, Dxb to Mru via edreams for amount of Rs 40,778.48 + a charge of Rs 807.31. The problem was that when I converted the price before booking it seemed okay, when I checked the deducted amount on juice it was more than I expected so I cancelled immediately. Got the email confirmation from edreams and I was refunded the next day thanks god.

On 22 June, my cousin invited me to Frankfurt so I booked another ticket via edreams for the cheapest price and again I was shocked to see the amount deducted, it was too expensive and I cancelled immediately. Charge by edreams : Rs 59,717.83 + 1,182.43 by AC - USD. I have the proof of payment. I received mail of confirmation for refund under 10working days. So I waited. [I couldnt use my original email I dont know why for the booking. I used the one for my cousin]
