Also, there is no need to brag about your stores. We are not interested. We also know that your enterprise has always received preferential treatment, and that is why you support Edible blindly. Nobody is buying it.

We have been told that every customer is a gift from God, and I believe that is true. We, your franchisees, are your customers, your “most important asset”, and we are not being treated as such. This request of extended hours is egregious, we should not have to put ourselves and our team members at such high risk! Driving in unknown territory at night is dangerous, knocking on doors of people not expecting us at night is dangerous, and delivering into high crime areas at night would be even worse.
The dominating trend is web ordering for a vast array of services and goods for many different reasons, yet we are penalized when our customers use this modern convenience. And how can we afford to “drive in store traffic” when all of our money is being used up to pay for extra staffing, electricity, etc. for unduly extended hours? We don’t have a fighting chance. Seems as though that is the goal?
We are a strong group of hardworking people with our livelihoods on the line and we deserve better.

I do not agree with the extended hours. This may be great for some stores but I don’t believe it’s in our best interest.
Our town has three Christian universities. Being open on Sunday morning is not a good option for us. Let alone open till 7.

Don’t want my girls delivering after dark!! Just asking for trouble!! And do no business after 5-530 .... wasted labor! No Church on Sunday ... WHY!!! Barely run $200 on Saturday or Sunday so drowning in labor!!

This is Ibrahim Choudhry. The real Ibrahim Choudhry, not the fake Ibhrahim Choudary, owner of 11, not 10 stores. Some low life scumbag tried using my name to sign this petition. This is the lowest of a low class act one can commit. Let it be clearly known, I, Ibrahim Choudhry, the largest franchisee in the system is in full favor of the newly mandated hours. I spoke to Cheikh and he has answered all of my questions and I believe in his direction. This petition holds no credibility in my eyes. My suggestion to you all if you want to be successful is to focus on running your businesses, not running away from it as early as possible.
