The current financial climate of stores can not sustain the increased costs that would be incurred.

The silence from corporate headquarters is telling, but it only reinforces why we are standing our ground on these hours. I have been speaking with dozens of other owners who are feeling the exact same strain in their shops. We are preparing a formal response to show them that our businesses cannot absorb these reckless costs.

One hundred of us have now joined together to tell corporate that these extended hours are simply impossible for our stores to sustain. Seeing so many fellow owners step up to protect our livelihoods gives me real hope that we can push back against these reckless demands.

Store 979- The physical, Mental & financial strain is too much for stores to sustain, this decision is the final straw in a string of poor corporate decisions! We cannot continue to Operate If the 7 days & extended hours are implemented! Do you understand what this business is???
I can't afford to be open longer, I already have a skeleton staff to be able to afford the hours we have now. I live in an area that closes at 5 and is in a business district that does not draw people after hours. Signing for 1555
Representing 10 stores . Extended hours is when the stores make money. With minimum wages in states like California is 15 dollars more stores will be closing . If the wish for 2020 is to close more stores this extended hours will help executives to close more stores
I agree with ALL the comments made by other Franchisee’s!!!! There is NO business after 5pm!!! In Los Angeles TRAFFIC after 3:45pm is insane with an hour round trip just to deliver any ware between a 3-4 miles, the OUT OF TOUCH Edible Heads IN CHARGE are insensitive to FRANCHISEE’s needs, it discussing!
Store #1581 When we are not able to justify to open after 5 or max 6 pm on weekdays, what is the point to open 9 AM to 8 PM? My store is not at safe location. Also Sunday sales are $200 so why we should drain money by opening longer hours.

Don’t want my girls delivering after dark!! Just asking for trouble!! And do no business after 5-530 .... wasted labor! No Church on Sunday ... WHY!!! Barely run $200 on Saturday or Sunday so drowning in labor!!
