This is a must. Recently I had a buyer claim they didn't recieve an item and left me negative feedback. I refunded them nevertheless, but once I checked tracking it showed this item had infact arrived. Other sellers would benefit from knowing whether a buyer may be a scammer.

I had a buyer who misread the clearly stated dimensions of a roman blind and then left me negative feedback when it was entirely her fault not mine. I should be allowed to leave her negative feedback or at least have the right to respond - as used to be the case years back...

Item posted but lost in post I gave full refund and get negative and cant leave one for them as they were so nasty about it... geez so unfair

Sellers need to be aware if buyers do not pay or return items that are not faulty. As sellers we can choose who to sell to

Buyers and Seller should have the same rights. Not fair for honest sellers

as a buyer & a seller I agree completely its very unfair when selling I wont leave any until I receive it

buyers are not paying, its screwing honest sellers, we can't tell if we are gonna be dealing with the same headaches from incompetent buyers

I agree! the days of leaving it to the costumer are over. ebay needs to change to a better system.
