This is a must. Recently I had a buyer claim they didn't recieve an item and left me negative feedback. I refunded them nevertheless, but once I checked tracking it showed this item had infact arrived. Other sellers would benefit from knowing whether a buyer may be a scammer.

Sellers need to be aware if buyers do not pay or return items that are not faulty. As sellers we can choose who to sell to

Buyers and Seller should have the same rights. Not fair for honest sellers

I had a buyer who misread the clearly stated dimensions of a roman blind and then left me negative feedback when it was entirely her fault not mine. I should be allowed to leave her negative feedback or at least have the right to respond - as used to be the case years back...

I agree! the days of leaving it to the costumer are over. ebay needs to change to a better system.

Absolute rubbish. There is no good reason at all for a seller leaving a buyer a negative, especially not in a tit for tat move. As well as not stopping a buyer making a purchase, or bidding on an auction at the last minute one seller's nightmare buyer may be another seller's dream one, the same as some buyers love a seller that other buyers leave negs for.
