East Of The River schools deserves higher funding and equal learning curriculum just like the white affluent schools in the District. This is a disgrace and classifies as discrimination.

DCPS local school budgets are extremely inequitable, differing by thousands of dollars per pupil for the general education services that should be similar for all. We are advocating to correct this AND to get more funding for schools in low-income neighborhoods. Call the Chancellor's Office, call your Councilmember, come and testify in April.
