East Longmont needs another Grocer!!

Another grocery is a necessity on this end of town. Given the growth in the immediate area, King Soopers is not going to be enough.

Safeway needs to just reopen this store and set it up correctly with the correct management. It failed do to poor leadership and configuration. This is not Rocket Science!!!

Absolutely no church! Not taxes paid and we need a grocery store or otherror anchor

It is unfair to the businesses that exist by Safeway to suffer from a lack of customers because Safeway won't move. I understand there positioning, but if anything they are losing money paying for a lot they aren't using.

Please get us another grocery store in east longmont. We need it

A place to food/house hold shop would be a better addition to our side of town than a church would.

Please get another grocery to 17 & Pace.

I don't agree with any infringement of private property rights, but the city should consider shipping properties like this in an effort to help existing business while also keeping vacancy rates low.

Please put Traders Joes in the old Safeway building!!!

We would love to have a nice grocery store

I understand it's this is not going to make much of a difference as businesses have their own set of requirements to open a store, but the City of Longmont needs to step in and help. They have approved over 1000 new units on the east side of town, which is underserved with amenities.

Please help us keep NE Longmont thriving - we need businesses here and to protect the businesses that exist.
