With the growth in northeast Longmont, we need to thoughtfully develop this side of town with alternative grocery options, good restaurants, a rec center, etc.

The shuttered Safeway is an eyesore, and the space would be a welcome grocery store to compete fairly with King Soopers.

Trader Joe's is a very good option. But any grocery store would be very beneficial.

King Soopers cannot keep up with the demand over on this side of town. We DO NOT need a mega church, we need a grocery store!!
