Since we have a King Sooper across the street and several Safeway stores not far, a Trader' Joe's would be GREAT! The nearest one that I know of is Boulder which is too far. Longmont is a large enough community to warrant a Trader Joe's.

With the rapid rise of apartments, population and traffic in east Longmont, bringing in another grocer in the old Safeway building on Pace St. makes good sense! The parking situation/crowds at King Soopers since Safeway closed have become almost unbearable! If this city wants to grow so much and so fast, let's provide another food outlet, please!!

I would love to see another King Soopers due to the high volume at the current one on 17th. I believe 2 could survive easily!

with population growth in the NE area of Longmont, one grocery store is insufficient to serve the community.

I can't even begin to say how much I would frequent a Trader Joe's at this location in Longmont. More than one grocery store for the east side of Longmont is highly needed!!

We also have NO DEPARTMENT STORE, NO HARDWARE STORE, NO MOVIE THEATER,,, We have to drive INTO town like the old days. If you want to expand housing so much, you also have to plan for the services people need to live in these areas.!
