As a mother and community member we are tired of the out of control crime. We have to constantly watch our backs and to allow a criminal that is a known rapist and kidnapper is ludicrous. Please, for the sake of our women and children, Do not release this criminal. What does the justice system mean when he has been sentenced and is simply let out early? What example is this to others that are tempted to commit crime as to how far they can go. It’s no holds barred. This is not acceptable. We have really had enough and Are very tired.

I strongly oppose to the release of this criminal. He deserves to live out the rest of his sentence in prison. He should under no uncertain terms be released back into the community.
