E2 Treaty Investor Visa Holders and Our Children - Worrying about Our Futures

Should be proud to have citizens in your country like these... Working and employing people

I think it's ridiculous for people legally investing into America to have rights to stay but exclude their kids to have rights to become lawful citizens.

Please consider changing the law

A ridiculous law which splits up families.

This ridiculous law needs to be aboloshed, makes no sense to invest in their education all their lives and then get rid of these bright minds?!

Let’s use common sense

Any kids that are legally in the USA should not become illegal just because they turn 21. That is ridiculous!

Its unfair if they abide by USA Laws and Regulations as well as there parents.They should be given the opportunity to become USA CITIZENS AND STAY IN USA.

I currently employ 42 Americans.

I have 2 children aged out.

Graham Judge actually does something for America and culture and art. There should be more immigrants like he and his family.

Those who create jobs with small business should be encouraged and rewarded!

I support E2 Treaty Investor Visa Holders. They do everything legally. They jump through all the hoops required of them to live and work in this country. Their children are the ones who should be considered for a path for permanent status before illegal immigrants are considered. These people spend a lot of money to run businesses, provide jobs, and they have to leave the country for a couple of days and come back every year as a requirement of their Visa - a very expensive requirement. It's ridiculous that we are harboring illegal immigrants and kicking these legal residents out.

Supporting one of the best business owners I know, Mr. Graham Judge and his family. Their business is a landmark in our community.

Former E visa holder, friend of many E2 visa holders, I think the way these foreign investors and their kids is unfair. Having a clear path to green card is necessary.

There should be a path from e2 to green card

Owner of businesses and restaurants should who pay taxes and support our economy should be able to stay in the United States.
