As a child of a former E2 Dependent visa, it has been a constant and almost 15 year struggle to continue my life in the USA. Thankfully I found a wonderful employer that sponsored me for H1b after F1 and are now in the process of applying for employment based greencard. It has been a real stressful struggle to maintain life with my family here. Things have to change!!

My friends Justyna and Mariusz Dezcj and their children Victor and Susanna are smart, hard-working, kind, loving people whose business in Naples Florida has enhanced our design community, and community as a whole.

Without the E-2 visa holder I work for, I and a few hundred other fellow Americans would be out of jobs and off the tax rolls. Thsee people are huge assets to American culture

I strongly support this petition. The people within this group has contributed greatly to our community and ecomony and law should be changed to provide them and their children a path to permanent citizenship if they chose.

I am a E2 visa holder and have two kids. Together with my husband we brought NEW products to the new market, we train Americans to give them a chance to grow. We give our know how, time, and hard work. We started from nothing, a start up business. Our kids are here with us, they go to school, have friends. They live this culture, they love it here and please consider this matter. Let us talk! Hear us and LISTEN,. How would you feel if you were in our situation? How would it be to let your kids go away back to a country they don’t know and where there is no family.

People who are giving opportunity to work for other people should be noticed not those who was born here and just waiting for help from all over New York is an example of this nonsense low
