Throughout the year, countless students have had their education unfairly compromised by Vivian Docobo, the Spanish teacher at Thurgood Marshall middle school. She has treated certain students much better than others, giving out extra credit to the ones she likes. She has refused to honor school and district policies regarding late work and absences. She orders people around, then gets then in trouble for doing what she said. This is no exaggeration, rather the opinion of the students and their parents. Many people have bad grades in her class, and despite being able to take it on 7th grade, it affects your high school GPA. If you care about the futures of the youth attending this school, please, sign this petition. Thank you.

The emails I receive from parents every day confirm that this situation is far worse than I initially imagined. I have been spending my nights compiling these stories to present to the administration directly. It is exhausting work, but the truth needs to be documented.

I get extreme amounts of unwarranted anxiety whenever I'm in her class she tells people to fix their posture and sent a kid to the office for putting his foot outside his desk she also hit a kid when she worked at thurgood

I have had a terrible experience with this teacher, she has been confirmed to be the source of my extreme depression and stress.
I dont even have her but she needs to leave.

She is very rude and mean to the kids sometimes kids ask a very simple question and she will respond back with a rude comment she is very mind numbing and this needs to stop and she is not a Thurgood anymore she is not at Bay Point.
