Rent must be reduced, the noise of construction work is insane. The kitchen has no ventilation or proper exhaust system. The common room is not yet finished. We are paying an excessive amount for incomplete services.

What I feel fear and angry is that the toxic gases released from newly constructed building is really a big problem and threat to our health. I had a friend who study abroad and rent a newly built house. Unfortunately he got a disease because of the formaldehyde.
It is not a joke. Health is the most important thing, I hope DUWO could consider deeply and do something.

Not satisfied with the environment. Noises in the morning, the broken glass, unfinished construction and the vacancy of the shop and gym. Their promise did not come true, but we still have to pay the same amount of money. It is totally unfair!!!

The rent must be reduced until the day all construction equipment moves out. The students pay 497 euros for complete houses, not construction sites.

When I was moving in, the floor was still fresh, so we couldn't use suitcases with wheels. Also, they told us we will have wheeled carts for moving out... Nope, never happened.

DUWO didn't finish the construction on time and im not sure if the interior air quality is qualified.

The most irritating and dumb idiots are there at the duwo office. These idiots are completely ignorant about the concerns of their tenants . totally lethargic in handling financial matters who totally suck in handling simple arithmetic calculation. I am waiting for 5 months to get a refund from duwo . Yet those idiotic people are dragging it .
