I completely agree with the things the writer complains. However, after I move to Prof.Schermerhornstraat, I found the house is Formaldehyde exceeded when I use professional equipment to detect. After I move to there only half an hour, I began to feel sore throat. I also borrowed my equipment to my friends, most of their house is Formaldehyde exceeded too. When I complained this to duwo, it did nothing but ask me to open the window.

Just another item to add to the huge list: The misinformation during all the period living in the temporal residence. For instance, we were not told that the kitchen would be equiped with induction cookers until two days before moving (leaving little time to buy new pots and pans and leaving some people without the possibility of cooking the first days), no images of the actual place until one week before moving in...

All the issues addresed in the script are 100% truth... The most unnacceptable issues from my point of view are listed below.
1) We are living for the last t days to a construction area. This automatically violates safety regulations for the tenders..Moreover the machine works and drillings cause so much noise that is impossible not to wake up( 7am) even by wearing earplugs.
2) It is very unprofeccional to design kitchens for international students without including an oven and a freezer despite the fact we sing for it. We only signed because we were almost forced to do that.
3)We are shearing a 9 person kitchen including 8 shelves.

Among all above, I would say the methanal release from the room finish and appliance is the most unacceptable fact. It really has a lethal effect at over 3 times the acceptable concentration. I hope this can be treated seriously and let us perceive that DUWO is taking measure to mitigate the problem and do not just tell us "open the window". In fact the confined bathroom cannot be ventilated well by opening window in the room. The small ventilation which does not work at all times is certainly not effective either.

I really don't understand why duwo force us to move in when the whole site is still under construction. Really annoying!

There is still smelly in the room. And it is annoying since other buildings are still in construction. The rent cost is so high according to the current situation of the apartment.

No washing machine, uncompleted building, full of construction noise and poisonous gas. I can stand these but I also agree that the rent shouldn't be charged the same as a complete residence.

the smell of the building inside is terrible, the air smells like some poison chemical thing and the doorknob is really hard to open, it's a bad design.
