A public facility like this should be used to benefit the wider community not just the school as it is the tax payers money after all!

It's a disgrace that these parks are not gettin used for local teams,these parks should be gettin used for developing young players from the local area

It's a disgrace that such parks are shut to the public. for further development to scottish football and to local teams in the area these parks should be available after school hours.

Fantastic facilities wasted, these pitches should be open to the community for football at all ages, also give the school a chance to bring in money.

dumbarton has a lot of young talent, with schooling night time is only time they can have extra training and couching

the residents of west Dunbartonshire paid for these facilities. Give the kids a place to socialise, play and learn how to become active citizens.

I think it is ridiculous that these facility's are not allowed to be used, we should be encouraging children to be fit and healthy especially with obesity etc on the rise.. Individuals that ruin it for others!

I used the rugby park at the academy almost every day from the age of 5-16. To see a fence around it breaks my heart
