If they are NOT checking the lads trousers then this is clearly a case of discrimination in LAW and maybe a solicitor should be consulted. ONE rule for ALL pupils or no rule at all. What are tje male teachers? pervs or something.

A person who sees things my way. Another thing they keep saying, the dress code is enforced so as to teach them about wearing respectable uniform when working. Try making your own staff wear the same thing, they are employed are they not? Use your own dress code on them, no dangly earrings, only one tiny pair of studs, no bracelets or necklaces, and definitely not too much make-up, no tight trousers, no revealing tops, no short skirts, oh and while you are there try making the guys do the same. If you have male teachers that get tempted by tight trousers then don't blame the female, it is the men that have the problem, women should be able to wear what they like without being blamed for male testosterone levels. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH or get on with teaching not preaching.

That does not surprise me, i get them in paper form, email and text messages, how much money and time is wasted, not to mention deforestation. Bad for the environment, but skinny trousers aren't.

Stop whinging about the clothes and do what you are paid to do, TEACH, no wonder the grades in this school are not good enough. Bottom of the OFSTED list of Nottinghamshire schools.

What a child wears doesn't dictate how the child learns, it's bloody ridiculous.and I think teachers should be made to wear uniforms see if they wear the right uniforms!!!!

I did not get any letter about school trousers . At the end of the day ,As long as our Kids look smart and attend school, I don't see the problem , I think they need to sort there priority's out . Who would of thought that this school is more bothered about what they wear / how they look , then there education ......

If you're trousers are smart I don't see the problem, if the teachers spent enough energy into teaching as they do there uniform, all the pupils would be A star educated

Trouser policy and the No outside coats on school grounds is ridiculous I hope this all changes fed up of seeing wet and cold students walking home from the Dukeries!
