As a frequent visitor to Dublin, I feel a visit to Grafton Street, Henry Street or Temple Bar wouldn't be the same without the buskers. All around the world, Ireland is known for its music. Tourists return home with stories and videos of buskers, and in turn this promotes Ireland, and Dublin in particular, as a friendly, appealing place to visit. Buskers mean tourists - tourists mean money. Tourists aren't going to come to Dublin just for the shops, but if you say that you can hear great music on the streets of Dublin, then they'll come and they'll spend their money. Maybe the businesses who are protesting should think about that?

As a frequent visitor to Dublin, I feel the buskers are a great attraction and something I look forward to seeing, they would be a huge loss to the city.

busking is what brings life to dublin i have known of busking for many yeas and it has been known in dublin years before so noone should be able too stop the beauitful busking lets listen too the the beauty at its finest
