1- Before students came to Ireland, they checked to see if the school offered a certified course, and that’s how they decided to make this big investment. Even if the school closes, what’s the guarantee this problem won’t happen again? How can we be sure we’ll get our fees back if the school closes?
2- If we transfer schools, will immigration accept it? Is there any chance we could get our investment back?
3- Students are losing their jobs; new students can’t get GNIB; students can’t renew their visas; students are becoming illegal. What can we do if our visa expires while the school is suspended? Many of us are having these problems because of the schools’ reputations; can we have some protection from this?
4- Immigration hasn’t given us a deadline to solve the problem, and we’re uncertain if we’re even going to have class next week. When can we expect to have some answers?
5- What guarantee do we have that we won’t be victimized by these problems that are not our fault? How do we know that we won’t have to stop studying?
6 - We are allowed to work and travel. Do we have access to any kind document that proves that we’re actually allowed to work? If we travel, what is the guarantee that we will be able to come back?

The attention this has gathered proves that our exhaustion is shared across the entire community. I am tired of the silence from officials but seeing so many of you join this effort keeps me moving forward.

Living in fear of my visa being denied because of school issues is exhausting. I just want to finish my course without being treated like a criminal.
This is ridiculous. We paid so much money to come here and now we dont even know if we can stay legally. Someone needs to give us answers now!!

Need protection for students asap. losing jobs and visas over school admin mess is not right.
