These schon people have to go to jail after having cheated innocent investors our savings. Not recommend dubai investment at all.

Unit Reference Number: D+25-804 I paid initial amount on December 15, 2007. They just kept on calling each time they will collect the payment from me. 63.33% of the total amount has been paid to them. It will be almost 11 years now and nothing happened. Paid for OQOOD. I want my hard earned money to be refunded.

These Schon crooks defrauded us investors... My unit is D+26,#108

I purchased my apartment at Dubai Lagoon since 2005, but it was never delivered, despite that Schon family lived till last year in Dubai and never been questioned by the authorities for the delay, also for changing over and over the name of the project and reselling the same apartments to different people

I paid for my unit in Full. Now .. my earned money is gone

I am currently fighting to get a refund for my investment which I made in to Gwadar, Pakistan. This was through a company called CPIC Global which I have now come to realise has the involvement of the Schon group. If I had known this all those months ago I would never have given them my money, which I am unlikely to see again. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Schon people were chased out of from Pakistan due to corruption and they were well known in Pakistan for defaulting huge loans from banks, but I am amazed why the Government of Dubai allow them to continue doing business in Dubai but thanks to our new Prime Minister Imran Khan, Schon People will also brought to justice and they will refund all the hard earn money of other people, only if Govt of Dubai cancel their resident and business visa and forced them to go back to Pakistan

I have been cheated by schon properties and TCML when they agreed to hand over my apartment in zone 1 dubai lagoon on august 2008 10 years back and paid them alot of money but no result yet . I am sorry i invested hard earned money in dubai with such false developer and ask dubai government to protect my rights with thousands of schon victims

unit number I SUITES: Q3-08-804 Was a transfer from the lagoon to i suites as reccomended by Schon. Paid over 300K. Visited the site on July 23, 2018 and there was absolutely NOT one person there. A simple security guy told me no one is here and he has no clue any contacts . Main office does not respond. Did Schon disappear? What about our hard earned money?

Basically schon is a bunch of thieves.

I had invested my money in dubai lagoon based on Dubai's reputation and since the project is close to 2020 expo. I hope that local authorities find a quick solution to this scam which will definitely affect the reputation of Dubai in the future
