i want my money back plus interest rate it is a big scam

Since 2007 waiting for unit which I have paid 257000dhs for it, its 2018 and no flat and even cant get my money back!

My family has Teo units in Zone 3 now under Xanadu developer. From 2007 just delays and ant RERA/DLD actions again these crooks.

I bought a unit more than 10 years ago. Nothing received so far. Only lies and trying to get more money from us. We need to nominate a couple of people to represent all of us and go to the authorities to claim our money + interest as Schon are in parallel selling units in the Lagoon project..

Schon big time scam

I purchased the 1 BHK unit C34-01-105 and Schon kept taking money saying that the building is complete but they were showing pictures of another zone and another building. My building never got started and now the zone has been cancelled. Need full refund from these crooks who should be sent to jail for fraud.

Waited 12 year for my apartment and nothing to show for it. All I have received is lie after lie. They have took my money and gave me nothing but stress and worry.

I signed up in 2006 and have had so many failed promises. We need our money back.

I purchased my 1 bedroom apartment at Dubai Lagoon from Schon Properties in 2005, to revive it as per the plan by 2007, and still waiting since 15 years now. I am a single mother and I paid around AED200,000 from my hardwork earned money. Every year we hear promises that the project will be delivered next year, and till now I’m waiting with many other people who purchased in the same project.
