I bought an apartment in Dubai Lagoon with Schon Properties since 2006.

I bought in 2014 an apartment in Dubai lagoon unit number A23a - 510 Lily zone 3 and i paid 100% its price just to know later they didn't only delay in delivering and registering it but its written for another buyer too its a double sales apartment in Dubai the place that suppose to be safe for our investments , Schon properties and its owners must be in jail by now and by law .

Waiting 10 years for Dubai lagoon project to be completed.schon family ran away my money and 2000 other investors around the world.

Robbed by Schon properties and Xanadu

I bought an apartment in Dubai Lagoon with Schon Properties since 2005, and the project was supposed to be delivered by 2007, but till now all the investors are waiting and Schon failed to deliver one apartment, instead, they lied to over 2000 investors by changing the name of the project few times and reselling the same unit to different people and now they ran away from Dubai after handeling the project to xanadu without informing any investor!

Xanadu same fraudsters as Schon backed by RERA.

We invested our hard earned pension money with Schon hoping to get a good return in 2007 but till today they have done nothing. We sent our money to Escrow account hoping that our mo ey are safe but till today no body takes the responsibility . We need our money back can some one help us please in our old age.
