Schon Properties and Xanadu in collaboration with RERA Dubai Land Development have defrauded investors and treated them as fools for 12 years. There is no prospect of Dubai Lagoon being finished. The Dubai Government need to compensate investors and treat the developers as crooks not give them diplomatic immunity. What a scam! Don't ever invest in Dubai or trust these developers. Use social media to bring them to justice and shame the Dubai authorities.

A similar scam is being run by the Schon family in the UK under the name CPIC Global. Schon will deny any involvement but there is overwhelming evidence available to show he is heavily involved with ex Apprentice loser Zeeshaan Shah. Please warn your family and friends in the UK to avoid investing with these con artists. If you know anyone who has invested tell them to take legal action immediately! No more victims of this fraud

We invested and thought we had Purchased Building Name: A23a Apartment Number: 310 ( Lily Zone) back in 2006. Its still not built. Its a shambles !!! We have paid AED 800,000 deposit and we want our money back plus compensation as per our contracts !!!!

I've been patiently waiting for nearly 11 years and they promised each year it would be ready the next year even when I visited in 2016 their customer services said dont worry, we have to complete by expo 2020 - what a bunch of crooks

The entire Dubai lagoon project has been a big scam and shame, Dubai Lagoon Project developers, actual and real beneficial owners not hired, contracted directors or trustees must be brought to justice and held responsible and accountable for their fraud and cheatings against DL investors since 2006

Over the past 10 years there has been a complete lack of progress, transparency and communication from Schon on the project. They have not fulfilled their obligations and are yet to have any recourse from the authorities with no positive impact to any of the investors. We are looking for some form of justice.

I am a desperate and cheated Dubai Lagoon Investor, whose investment in Duabi Lagoon Zone 3/Lilly goes way back in 3rd of June 2006 with Town Center Management Ltd >then Schön Properties>and now Xanadu Real Estate from PGS Gulf Contracting. 12 years have passed, no trace of completion of project rather only false promises, and cheating right in front of the Dubai Authorities. Really upset and frustated to see no action taken by the Dubai Authorities against these Criminals as it is a shame to call them Real Estate Developers. I have paid 50% of my investment in 2007-2008 rest was supposed to be paid out upon completion, which I dont thing will become a reality. All the investors of Dubai Lagoon, and Xanadu sincerely deserve the best attention and action of RERA and Dubai Land Department.

Town Centre Management first sold the properties to investors. Changed hands to Schon Properties. Purchased in Aug 2006. Completed the financial obligation as an investor 100%. Absolute scam. Do not invest in UAE, authorities do not help at all to bring the culprits to justice. Our hard earned money a big waste. They are thieves

I am a victim of schon properties. I bought an unit in Dubai Lagoon project in 2007. My unit no is B+40, 810, (Renamed as isuits apartments) . It is in zone 6. I paid 55% of the total selling price. Not a single unit has been delivered by schon properties even after 11 years. I only got false promises. No construction is going on at the site. I am really frustrated. I don't know what to do. I hope Dubai authorities will help all the investors in this project. I am living in Dublin, Ireland.

Justice delayed is justice denied! How many lives have actually been ruined by these scammers? We need justice.

I invested in Dubai Lagoon with Schon Properties in Building D+16, apt 709 back in 2006. Deliver my apartment or return my money. Schon Properties need to be taken to court and directors personal assets should be sized to compensate us. It’s been 12 years!
