Dubai Lagoon Scam! (by Schon Properties)

Bought one bedroom apartment in 2008 paid 35% of the unit price. For this bad experience I lost my confidence to invest in any properties in UAE. The government should do something about to regain the investor confidence. We need our money back at least.

I bought the2 bedroom unit in A23a/----- in 2006 /7 and paid 55% with in 2 years of first signing the contract with the promise of unit being build in 2008 but we are in 2018 now but still dreaming about the lagoon while the the schon property is flying in there private jets laughing about all of us people that how stupid we wer to invest and trust one of the biggest fraudsters of our time who are always on look out to grab the hard earned savings from people around the world It's about time we all get together and get our money back from Dubai and never even look back to go there again ,pleas get in touch together in one platform as soon as we can i am willing to meet any one in UK and discuss how to resolve this problem together

So disappointed. I want to bring my kids and grandkids over to Dubai to enjoy the fantastic country . I have been to Dubai 6 times in 10 years. But this developer has destroyed my confidence. Please help me like to to get my money back. Thx

we purchased one unit in dubai lagoon in 2014 and paid 90% cost on promise to deliver in 6 months. and after that remaining 10% also paid, but after passing three years got to know that they cheated us by deplecating property sale. this unit is already registered to other party. we had file complaint in dubai land authority and police but after 2 months passing no progress. we want justice and other hard earned money back please
