Schon still my money

What can be done to get our money back. Can we all retain a lawyer and do like a class action against the Schon and all related parties? They continue to scam people as we speak and nothing is being done about it. We need all necessary publicity out there and retain a lawyer for all of us. Please respond to me if you are open to my suggestion. We definitely have to do something about this. I am a practicing lawyer but can not practice in Dubai. We definately need to retain a lawyer, hopefully on a contingent basis

Schon are now operating as CPIC Global and scamming people selling Gwadar which is a wasteland. DO NOT fall for it. Fake and made up Chinese company has "invested" in this. Tell everyone you know in UK, USA and elsewhere in the world not to fall for this.

One of the biggest Scam and Fraud ever in Dubai and this is not Dubai. I paid 50% for two apartments, the equivalent of $200, 000 back in 2005. On top i hired 2 lawyers so far with no results , than i started handling the case myself and digging more and more. OMG you don't want to know how corrupted these people are and the game they played inside RERA department. I'm 100% they are protected as i got a COURT ORDER to pay me back my money. Danial Schon himself called me on my phone and asked me to settle as he was threatened from inside. do you know what the offer i got???? to pay $100,000 on top the money i paid for one of the offices which is core and shell and can be ready by 2025:) funny eh. i said i need apartments it was my retirement plan, he replied with too much arrogance saying: than yo have to go to court again.

Awful, many promises and nothing received in return! Paid upfront fully for the unit

Signed a deal in 2006 for a 1 bedroom appartment at Dubai Lagoon DIP. Developer Schön! Still to this day no communication from them for years and no delivery!!

One of the biggest Real Estate Fraud ever in Dubai. These scammers are protected by a few in the Dubai Land Department, but god willing and with time the people behind this scam will be punished under the law through Dubai Public Court!

I paid 50% for apartment B+6-505 in 2006. I want my money back. UAE / RERA / Land Dept / Dubia Courts need to put this right.

Plz any update about recovery. I have paid full amount 680000 AED. Any guidance how to get money back.

Big fraud. They fooled all investors, clients, and even employees. Now they are selling plots under China Pak Investments Corp. Please be aware!!!
