Schon family are one of the biggest fraudsters who originated from Pakistan right from 1997, holders of Red Warrant Notice. Since 2005, Dubai Lagoon Project is a FRAUD. Same with CPICGLOBAL where their own innocent Pakistanis are scameed along with Chinese investors by taking adtantage of CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor). They are engaged in similar scam at Gwadar Real Estate properties. Don't be a victim like us in Dubai Lagoon Fraud in which around 2000 investors are affected over 40 nationalities worth 1.9 billion us dollars FRAUD! Dubai law failed to protect us to recover our lost money! Be Aware!

Very sad to see schon do this to people whilst we were visiting Dubai. Please help us get our hard earned money back. Thays was our pension money.

All I have received in 13 years is lies from the likes of Sonia Husain and the rest of the Schon family. The Dubai government is no better, they protected these crooks (and many more besides). Now Xanadu have taken over and nothing has changed. Schon people continue to cheat investors now with CPIC Global so be aware.

It's been 13 years since the biggest mistake of my life. We were supposed to move to Dubai in 2009 (on completion) as our retirement home this development has still not completed. Every year we receive New demands for payment yet the development has not progressed at ALL. I visited the development recently and I was beyond disappointed the complex is not ready to be moved in to. These random people keep asking for money but we have always been up to date with our payments. This shows that the developers are fleecing us for monies

I invested in a project in 2010 i have paid half of the payment as per agreement which i have fulfilled but schon has not till today and to make matters worse they have appointed a company by the name of Xanadu who are black mailing me by advising me that they do not recognise my payment and are demanding full payment which is open fraud.

Why the Dubai garment haven't done anything yet is such a long time if it's been a scam right why they doing unprofessional way to contractor in it should be solicitor been in walls and we got the solicitors he shouldn't pay any money and money should be pay on completions and the money to pay we must need a full money back and with the composition if they scam or not Dubai government responsibility as we bought the place for our retirement to spend up there

I purchased my unit on December 2015 and I paid 45% and the RERA fees but I still don't know any information about this project.
First time I started paid for better homes and after that to schon properties.

Bought 1BR apartment in Dubai Lagoonand paid full amount.. i have received intial title deed from Dubai Land Department in 2016. He took our money and run away and we have no idea what will be our destiny.. no one is giving us any hope.. pls help all of us to this pain.. we all are suffering badly.
