I also paid for a one bedroom in this scam. I had to pay Dhs 25000 every quarter. Which I did and eventually had to take a personal loan to cover these costs. After loosing my job in 2012, i am now chased by debt collectors. I have been living in fear for the past 8 years. I’m a nervous wreck. This has ruined my life like so many others. Government did nothing to bring them to justice !

Xanadu is Schon who is sending threatening legal letters when the whole project is defaulted by them since 2005. They are supported by the corrupt legal system. Either the Police, or Courts want to know what happened in Dubai Investments Park. Shame!

Today I have received at threatening notice from so called Zanadu by courier asking to pay balance plus extra within 5 days. SCAM I suppose.
