A big fraudulent Schon properties Keep extending their delivery dates since 2008. Cheaters and liers. These looters have blocked the hard earned money of a victim like myself and failed to deliver ; they are incampoop, deceivers and incapable to complete this project . They are greedy and also did fraud in developing Schon Business park. 40 % of payment of investors have been blocked since 2007 and they are still trying to trap others with new projects. Shame on their deed and incompetency

They have taken 10 years and have not completed the project and are busy selling new ones...

I purchased a one bedroom in dubai lagoon in September, 2007. Paid almost $63k to Schon properties. Nothing has been delivered so far. I have tried a lot to get my escrow money back but no luck so far. Delivery date has moved to 2009, 2011, 2016 etc but no delivery yet. As of today no delivery or delivery date given to me. Schon properties refusing to give back my down payment of $63K. So do your due diligence before purchasing.SCHON PROPERTIES FRAUD!!10 long years still waiting for delivery!!

The best thing is we all assign a big lawyer and we all agree the we don't want the real estate and ask for our money and addition to that a financial compensation. It is ad that sure dubai government know about that and they didnt done any action. Also lets write in all social media about schon properties so we share our baaaaaaaad experience to protect new investors. Please all of you be hard and tough like they are with us over 10 years. I don’t really understand you all guys. Instead of complaining and crying like little kids, why you don’t take any actions, get together, share the legal costs and file a legal action against these Scams?

We purchased two units in 2014 and yet there is no progress. Schon is keep on changing the estimated delivery date.

I did not know that this was so old of an a story... I was dopped off by a sales agent in 2015! mentioning that this is done and finished project. I am not sure how legal was their marketing especially that it has been delayed for so long. I guess I am stuck. but rest of you can save your money and do not deal with them.

Bought one unit in zone 3, pay 100%, more than 1.000000 AED. 9 years ago. progress zero.

Seems like the prices are went down, still no avancement and DLD is doig nothing. Do anyone have an idea about the ganrantee of our investment ?Not talking about money back but obligations of completion !

I bought 4 apartments in 2008 and paid so far 1,718,981 AED. The units are Q2-115, Q2-204, Q2-214. Q4-201. I would hope that some of the investors have a good enough connection to their embassy for getting possible support. If any embassy could bring the cause directly to the rulers, it could bring results. So far we all experienced no help from DLD. This could change, if DLD gets instructions from the ruling family. I think that Dubai has a risk to loose their reputation as a save place for investments and therefore should act. Does any of you have good relations to foreign press ? Any report in foreign newspapers could encourage DLD to change their ignorant attitude in this matter.

Bought 2 units in zone 6 B+1, 10 years no progress.

Since 2008, it been more than a decade now and not even 30% percent ready in zone 3, schon properties/town centre .management is a crook company with all fraud people as they don't have any intention to complete project nor they are bothered about law and have been very cleverly manipulating. all owners are either diplomat or have very strong connection and its been extremely difficult fighting with this cheats on other hand there is no support from land department and they simply refer to Dubai court, land department is allowing them to sell or register new property and have not stopped or blocked this crooks. I suites new project on same site schon is selling to trap more customers. we request uae gov to take strict action against this crooks and make them liable for such acts. we have paid more than 50% and bal was off plan payment and we got trapped.

Since 2005 I am paying installments to Schon Properties. After more than 10 years SP are using these funds to enjoy lavish life in Dubai and more over are now reselling the same apartments to new clients who will be cheated again.

Purchased 2008, still nothing received. I have paid up as per your dodgey contract. Dubai 2020 is around the corner but SChon still fumbles along blaming the global financial crisis, economic woes and investors not paying. It's a disgrace and a shameful episode that they need to rectify. Why would investors pay when they have nothing but a sandpit to show for it. The spotlight is well and truly on them now and they have no where to hide anymore. They have consistently evaded their responsibilities. The authorities have tightened the screws on them but yet they still manage to slip through their net. They need to deliver soon else they bring shame on the good work of the UAE leaders and when they realise this Schon will be gone with one foul swoop of their hand

Bought appartment in may 2006. So far nothing only piece of sand in the desert... Really shame that such campanies exist in such a fast growing country as UAE, whoch used to be trustworthy. I lived there 10 past years.. but dont trust that country any more and would not advise anyone to invest in it! Shame the Rulers cannot do anything to protect people who invested there money and lives in UAE. They should protect people and force Schon Properties to finish project or reimburse money asap. As it is really huge stain on there reputation.

No news about my investment since 8 years

My Studio Apartment D+25 -111 was supposed to be handed over in 2009 and now it is end of 2016. 55% Money was paid. Also Oqood Registration Fee was paid. Very disappointing. 7 years delay and don't know the outcome. Need RERA Help badly to hand over the apartment
