i had to live in rented apt which has put me in financial problem.

even at one time they offered to sell me a studio in phase one but to charge me more. imagine paying more to a company that has failed continuously to deliver in over 10 years. yet `i ma sure living in the lap of luxury,while we all suffer their lies and false promises

one bed room apartment . Signed agreement on 50/50 . paid to schon 30% of 528,000 AED. Now reside in canada.

I PURCHASED OFF PLAN IN 2006 AND PAID ALL PAYMENTS UP TO DATE Being given false promises each time by the crook developer.
Dubai land should act quickly and make the developer to pay investors monies back.

This is an example of the biggest scam ever. A complete trap and I would like to advise any new investor never to spend a single dirham in this project. Its a complete ruining of people lives.

I bought two apartments in 2006/7 in Dubai and to date did not receive the keys to either one .
As much as I and many others dreamed of spending part of our life's in Dubai it seems our dreams will never be realised.
Can you imagin the damage it has done to Dubai by a handful of people like Schon.

I have no words to express my disgust and sorrow. This kind of delay is perhaps unheard of in human history! All my hard-earned money is gone down the drain. I am surprised that the Dubai authorities are doing nothing. I paid every single payment as per schedule and my building is still in basement stage!

I purchased 5 units in Dubai Lagoon in 2005 and have not yet received handover, any indication of a completion date, or any intention to compensate for initial investment and/or Time Value of Money lost.
