I bought my apartment in Zone 5 "The Presidential" in Dubai Lagoon in 2006 from TCML/Schon Properties. To date and after more than 12 years of delay, no sign of any progress or construction!!
My apartment no: PW29-504 (it comes with car park)
Oqood registration no: 5616/2014
I paid so far:
1) 159,067.6 AED (35,000 GBP)
2) 159,067.6 AED (35,000 GBP)
3) 159,067.6 AED (35,000 GBP)
Total I paid so far 477,203 AED
Full price of the apartment is: 1,059,784 AED
TCML, Schon Properties and Nasser Abdullah Lootah Group (the company that sponsored Dubai Lagoon project) should be held responsible and answer questions from Dubai Government.

I invested in this project since 2015 n since than i have paid 250000 UAE Dehrams for studio after till now did not heard any progress on this project completion. I was to get back my hard earned money..Such shame for Schone developers..

Disappointed in Schon's lack of ethics in business dealings. What happened to keeping your word - your bond by delivering what you've signed your name to in promissory contract? All you have in Business is your Good Name. If you don't maintain that - then ALL will FALL!
