We invested and thought we had Purchased Building Name: A23a Apartment Number: 310 ( Lily Zone) back in 2006. Its still not built. Its a shambles !!! We have paid AED 800,000 deposit and we want our money back plus compensation as per our contracts !!!!
I've been patiently waiting for nearly 11 years and they promised each year it would be ready the next year even when I visited in 2016 their customer services said dont worry, we have to complete by expo 2020 - what a bunch of crooks
My apartment no is B+5 403 in zone 6. I booked my apartment in 2005 and still waiting for delivery. I have lost all my savings. Schon have cheated me. Please help in getting my money back. Regards Sikkander Amin Ph. +91 9003047542
I invested in Dubai Lagoon with Schon Properties in Building D+16, apt 709 back in 2006. Deliver my apartment or return my money. Schon Properties need to be taken to court and directors personal assets should be sized to compensate us. It’s been 12 years!
I had invested my money in dubai lagoon based on Dubai's reputation and since the project is close to 2020 expo. I hope that local authorities find a quick solution to this scam which will definitely affect the reputation of Dubai in the future

Xanadu is Schon who is sending threatening legal letters when the whole project is defaulted by them since 2005. They are supported by the corrupt legal system. Either the Police, or Courts want to know what happened in Dubai Investments Park. Shame!
