I bought 2bed room apartment in lily zone
I've paid 75% of the property value.
I believe the Emiraty government let schone take our money otherwise they would've got involve. Anyway i hope justice will be done soon.

A19b-706 Lily paid in full. In 2018 big press statements by Dubai Authorities about seizing Schon assets but since then absolute silence about it. Xanadu website totally useless there never has been any proactive updates from them and now their phone number appears to be disconnected and emails are being ignored. Like everyone else I hate being ripped off by these dishonest people but especially angry at the apparent lack of action, interest and lack of legal oversight by the various government organisations.

No wonder Schon Family members are protected by the lawlessness. These people are related to Arif Naqvi through family marriage. Also a close associate of Lootah who sponsored Dubai Lagoon in Dubai Investments Park. Pakistan media reported he was involved in money laundering summit bank > Mauritius-A shame! Do watch out for @cpicglobal as Schon is behind the seen in Gwadar, Marbella.
