Open Letter to the DSM-5

Please help me to some people put away going stalking in going around telling people that I have the smallest private part they are going around telling people that I have a small private part in they are trying to get me put away they are trying to get me killed so that can my SSI check

I have been working as a Decision Maker reassessing claimants' applications for ill health benefits for 7 years. I have also been a Trade Union and Health and Safety rep for 20 years, having dealt with almost all common mental health conditions on a daily basis, liaising with many qualified health care practitioners. It is becoming almost universally prevalent that any behaviour is now badged as a medical condition, and in that process, personal responsibility is abdicated. It is simply not plausible that virtually all negative feelings, irresponsible behaviour and dissatisfaction are now badged as medical conditions.

Please help me. I go to leave my house, touch the door and something pushes me back. No one takes my HIP because it does not pay enough. I hear about things like this and I do not know whats going on. If I were rich I could afford $150 an hour, I am not rich. Please help

I have a child with Asperger's whom is now diagnosed with ASD, and mood deregulation.

DSM 4 TR 9 stressors,has been removed from DSM 5.

I agree with much of what is said within this petition about the possibility of the overmedicalization of mental illness and the over emphasis on biological diagnosis.

DSM - Science or Science Fiction?

I really want to reach out to psychologists, parents, teachers, administrators and pharmacists about the dsm5. I want to do more. Please let me know if I can do more to help

Unfortunately the Santa Clara county court appointed psychologist was so...biased in my case. I not only lost custody because of her but I was unjustly put on supervised visits for over 9 years without any remedies to work on. There was never any history of abuse, alcohol or drugs in my case. The father did have history of abuse, alcohol and drugs which eventually made him shoot himself in head in January, 2011.

I am currently taking a Sociology course on the social policy of mental health and so my professor recommended this petition website

My doctor didn't use the DSM-5 when I was diagnosed again for Autism in Jan 2016. I was diagnosed with Autistic Disorder which has it's own unique symptoms like Aspergers has it's own unique symptoms. Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, has it's unique symptoms as well as Childhood Disintegrative Disorder. and Rett's Syndrome. It is so unfair to group all of these diagnoses under one called the Autism Spectrum Disorder in the DSM-5 robbing us of our unique identities.

This is not acceptable most of the tourist donate things to our orphan children so they must feel welcome & save to Namibia

I I had the diagnosis of aspergers syndrome for just under 25 years and under dsm v me and many of my friends now are under the umbrella term autistic spectrum disorder - a term that was used as an umbrella term for all mental health conditions similar to autism. Please revise this as there are still a lot of people in the world with this condition that still need the help.

diagnosis like asd are arbitrary. drugs make them worse not better. whos to say if you or anybody is asd or not? thats just false! abolish the psych diagnosis now! plently of myths about people and their problems.
