Our rivers need more water left in them. That's what the science says. We humans need to conserve more water. That means all of us. Drop the lawsuit.

Save water, save our rivers, save our money - no baseless lawsuit

Let's preserve a healthy Delta Ecosystem in need of flowing water as has been studied and made known in the Water Quality Control Plan. It's imperative now to drop the lawsuit against the plan.

We need to think about the world we will leave to future generations and not just about convenience of people.

Please drop your lawsuit. The Delta ecosystems are severely stressed already and don't need more short-sighted action.

California's beautiful, fascinating, and fragile environment is worth more than a thousand new office towers or millions of new multi-million-dollar homes. Think of the impact beyond your own narrow little fiefdom and vote for the future of the planet.

Be environmental in deeds, not just in words.

Please let's work to save the Delta ecosystem and the rivers that flow into it. Please drop the lawsuit against the Plan which is science-based specifying that river flows should increase.

The Bay Delta Water Quality Control Plan is a well thought out plan, and a tremendous amount of research went into it. A healthy Bay Delta benefits us all, and it needs flowing water.

Valley water should drop it’s lawsuit and adopt flows that return life and continual flow to the rivers whenever possible.
