Way too difficult to use and navigate. We are supposed to sell or lease Real Estate and not waste our time with a system that is not user friendly!

THEMLS is superior, more user friendly and aesthetically much more appealing.

Too difficult

FlexMLS has too many steps, too many 2 handed clicks (my carpel tunnel is acting up from it), looks very unpolished and is missing properties when I do comps.

Coming from CRMLS, i find this Flex MLS backward and so elementary. Who did the due diligence and system evaluation on this?

Way to complex, each step now takes an hour to do. Tiny print, difficult to use, difficult to read, not user friendly. Nothing was wrong with the old MLS.

Doesn't function properly doesn't update. The email notifications are useless. The email sent isn't user friendly. Called Flexmls help desk they play the blame game always someone else's problem but I can see it doesn't really work properly. I still have The MLS emails for updates and the Flexmls info doesn't update anywhere. So no one is seeing your open houses etc etc etc

I find the Flex MLS to be an antiquated platform, not intuitive from a functional standpoint, and the reporting very limited and not easy for consumer/clients to comprehend. In short, FlexMLS has slowed my team down, and has created many extra man hours of unneeded work, and negatively impacted by business performance. I vote to return to The MLS.com ASAP, please. One problem have with FlexMLS is that the MLS that the trainers are using is from a different state. Different terms. And it is not updated. I found out for example that a Map Search is the same as a Quick Search. Not a big deal but it should have been noted in the What's New. And like many others my contacts were not all transferred clean.

So glad I am not the only one who does not find this system “Smashing”

I just hate it-more steps involved to do simple tasks I'll be retired before I figure this thing out

The FLEX MLS is disappointing. The FLEX MLS is not a step forward. It is two steps backwards. I and our agents have spent hours trying to improve an outdated system.

The system is outdated, clunky and only add to our workload. It is not user friendly and should be discontinued now.

Flex is everything but flexible. Non-user-friendly and non-intuitive interface. Member of CDAR, I want Rapattoni BACK too. I send portals to my clients, but they can't figure out how to use it. That's not good. It's a big mess.
