Flex is a terrible system. No user friendly. I've lost info on my listings and many if my contact's. Please go back to the system we had prior to the change.

I agree wholeheartedly with the points made in this petition. I can't imagine our buyers adjusting to the reports. Basic searches of listing information/statuses are very limited. They don't seem that enthusiastic to help us.

The look is not modern. It is not easy or intuative to use. There was not enough training provided. Nothing was wrong with the mls, if isn't broken don't try to fix it!

It’s not a user friendly.
It’s extremely difficult to navigate.
I sent a CMA to an investor and the report was incomplete. I lost the investor!

The only thing I like about the flex is that when you send out a portal it tells you if they actually opened it and read it. Other than that I need to sell real estate and not understand tactical support
