I do prefer the former program. Flex has some innovative points but for my business the previous program worked better and faster.

Complicated output, font is to small to read. And the BIG question, what was wrong with THEMLS? It wasn't broke. The help desk was very responsive. So why change!

Lest anyone think that we're anti-change, this is not about that. This is about a decision that was poorly made by our leaders with the wrong company, hastily implementd, not beta rested, and has made it seem like I am out of business. Not what our Board is charged with doing. Having zero overlap while the myriad of problems (way more than bugs) are worked out is absolutely unconscionable. #DumpFlexMLS

This flexmls is antiquated and the displays are old fashioned dos like - I am extremely tech savvy however this system is not REALTOR friendly in a sense where it would take a matter of minutes to get what you needed for your clients and get on to servicing them... to days and hours and hours and dealing with help desk who has zero clue of what our needs are ... then tells us to call our board office. We have lost a lot of valuable tools that we as Realtors need to do our job. I am not a huge fan of themls.com and I for one do not want that back but it was by far better than flexmls - I am a fan of Rappatoni and would love to see it back at CDAR. I am a member at both boards PSRAR and CDAR and I also paid for both themls.com and Rappatoni - I also am a DACIE member as well so yes I pay my fair share for the tools I need to do my job. This flexmls is substandard and below grade for our valley and our agents. I am a Broker / Owner of Las Palmas Realty I am all for change and upgrades and I do not mind paying fees for the services and tools I need to do my job but this flexmls is beyond BAD and I have lost time and thankfully not clients yet... I have explained that I am dealing with a new system and go on to explain which I really should not be doing. Thank goodness my clients are loyal and believe in me and understand but that only goes so far. BRING back our Rappatoni !!! our good reports, summary, 5 line reports, etc. our recip with San Diego !!! our great CMA's that we can make as elaborate or as basic as per our individual needs, and for goodness sakes bring back our CARTS and our SEARCH's where we can actual dictate to our system what we are searching for in as much detail or little as needed. WE CAN NOT DO OUR JOBS with this flexmls system !! This is crazy we are not in a little back woods area we are the Coachella Valley with vital hard working Realtors and clients and we need to do our jobs. Where do we sign to bring the old systems back ? themls/ vesta back

I totally agree with everyone. The old MLS is user friendly and the Flex is hard to navigate. I’m a newer agent and prefer theMLS instead of the new flex

Flex is inadequate. I have to go to Redfin for my data and I use Flex as a last result.
