Poor rollout experience. Training should have happened BEFORE the transition, rather than AFTER. There should have been a Beta Testing Group of REALTORS (NOT committee members) using the new system to work out all of the kinks and/or to identify the problem areas. A dedicated Help Desk should have been negotiated as part of the contract -- did FlexMLS even add to their Help Desk staff in order to support all of these additional users? "Less is MORE!"

My two biggest issues with Flex is their lack of support...and general unfriendly attitude when you do get to talk to someone. Their help page is terrible too. Secondly, the overall layout of Flex is awful...font is unfriendly and hard to read...even when you know that you're looking at the right info...it's still difficult to read. The MLS should be intuitive and friendly...I moved back here last year and was able to sign on to TheMLS and "just knew" intuitively what to do..even though it was new to me. Flex is not like that at all...and there's no excuse for an unfriendly, hard-to-maneuver MLS.

Flex has proven to be impossible to read and navigate. It’s not user friendly and my clients don’t like it.

Lots of wasted time with Flex and most of what is produced looks like a data dump.

While the new FLEX MLS has some interesting marketing features it is very cumbersome to navigate and does not provide the quick and easy tools necessary to save time while searching for properties. The map feature is extremely poorly designed and one has to go through too many screens to get one result.

It is slow and the map moves slowly. It is not user friendly or attractive to the users. The map use to show prices and not just a little house.

FLEXMLS is awful. It is costing me valuable time to navigate the clunky user interface.
