I agree with my fellow agents here, I do not support this change to FLEX, its an inferior format, reminds me of the old microsoft platformed software in the 90's. You even have to old a shift key down to select choices. It takes several steps to achieve what was a simple selection in Rappatoni. I am not opposed to change and learning new software to enhance my business, but flex is doing the opposite and severely impacting productivity. I have attended flex webinars and classes and speak from experience using both Flex and Rappatoni MLS. I am also receiving complaints from clients that the client portals are not user friendly.

I understand that FlexMLS is "clickable" on nearly feature, but the system is too complex and not user friendly. You need to be a tech whiz to love this system, otherwise it is a nightmare to operate for the average agent.

I Strongly Agree with all of the above
agents concerns and comments ! The FLEX MLS system is not user friendly, and very difficult to navigate. The only help I received, thankfully, was from the CDAR.
I have spent numerous hours trying to get just a simple task completed. Even the Quick Search is a waste of time !
I have lost a listing due to this chaos.
Regarding:
Del Webb Sun City rentals and sales:
We use to be able to access this individual site specifically ! Now I believe the Lease & Sale listings are mixed in with all.
Please lets go back to the Original MLS system that we all loved.

I find that I cannot see my saved searches and it is very cumbersome to send listings to clients as you have to go to several different places to make sure you are sending the correct listing information also the worst part is that I have set up daily updates for certain areas and clicked on all statuses and only received 1 closed listing and none on the other areas and I know there are new listings and I do not like looking through over 1000 new listings daily.

Visually unattractive, convoluted in its navigation, and amazingly non-intuitive, for both Agent and Client

The Flex system is cumbersome. Rappatoni was easy and fast with excellent display.

We are losing time and money everyday we remain with the FLEX MLS system. As a paying member of the Palm Springs Board of Realtors, our board must take action and switch back to The MLS for us to do our business in an expeditious manner. WE MUST SWITCH BACK TO THE MLS NOW!

I find FlexMLS to be awkward to use and not intuitive at all.
