It is a nightmare to navigate and the fact that there are 59 videos to help one figure it out tells you a lot! This is the most difficult program I have ever used. I would like to return to Rappatoni MLS.

This system flex mls is not and will not be user friendly. If it’s money why you changed what a mistake. We the realtors in the valley pay good money for a usable and friendly mls system. Please go back to rappatoni and make our life simple. Thank you.

The new FLEX MLS is not user friendly for us agents or our clients. Virtual tours do not show up on the Flex public site!! Are you kidding me? No it’s true.

Too many options, not easy to use, unnecessary features, search results do not reflect all of the availabil listings

I also agree that I would like to go back to The MLS. FLEX is very difficult to use. Almost anything would be better. Nothing on it works properly. Thank you.

My big issue is the output - both reports and digital, including client reports and especially CMAs, are terrible. I’m technically adept, but my skills are useless with the Flex platform. And I understand it may be more expensive to go back to theMLS. It would be worth it.

Unfortunately, I agree with many of the voices shared here. The functionality of FLEX seems to be a step backwards in terms of ease of use and customer interaction. I also see issues with the HomeSnap app on my iPhone, with many listing updates and photos seemingly not appearing on the app. I have transitioned MLS systems in the past (I have been licensed in CA for nearly 20 years), and with all those, I always felt the changes were positive ones and I made it through the transition smoothly. This is the first one I have been through that the new system is not an improvement from the previous. It would be fantastic to return to theMLS.com, if possible.

This FLEXMLS system is not an improvement at all, and is very non-user friendly. THEMLS and RAPPATOINI are both superior products! The change was a mistake, and not necessary!

After reviewing all of the previous comments I can only concur with all previous complaints regarding FLEXmls. I sincerely hope that the BOD of both PSRAR and CDAR listen to their members; our livelihood depends on it.
