Please bring the old format back. It is very disappointing that a new platform would have so many inadequacies.

FLEX is dysfunctional and I have caught mistakes. I have also caught one of the agents in a lie. I have documented a history of date, times and names of FLEX tech to whom I have spoken and How long it took to resolve the issue. FLEX is an abomination that has been forced upon us.

Major problem I have with Flexmsl are the inadequate generated reports they look unprofessional something out of excel spreadsheet. This MLS does not provide the quality of service our customers expect. The training is a complete waste of time, it is not set up for adult learning. Very disappointed with this system and the training roll out. The conversation was not smooth, I had to re-enter all my listings information, my contacts, prospects, hotsheets, and profile, anything that did come over was either incorrect or missing, bad programming and additional time and resources needed to be spent redoing. STOP WASTING MY TIME - STOP FLEXMLS!!!

Flex is the most un user friendly system we have ever had. I see no advantage over what we had, only drawbacks. I have never had this kind of problem with trying to navigate a system as this. Let's go back to "The MLS". what was wrong with that?

Rediculous, why go to a platform that is so complicated, when the old one worked great?!

There are huge issues with FLEX, even with the simple feature to search for properties for sale. If you look in a subdivision, be aware you may NOT get all the properties available for sale because of issues with codes. I did a search in a subdivision, and 5 properties for sale were NOT in the list. How can we act like professionals if we do not have the data available to do the simple first steps of our job? They are aware of it and has not been resolved. FLEX has to go!

I have been so extremely frustrated with FLEX. I am doing my research and preparing CMA's by using Redfin! The CMA's on this platform are useless and impossible to read and understand. Terrible timing when the summer has been busy and now ramping up for season, I don't have time to struggle looking for properties on this system. It's awful!

Completely agree with the all the reasons clearly stated in petition. It’s not user friendly and the reports are not visually pleasing.

I am very frusterated with the FLEX MLS. It is not user friendly for agents or clients. It has already hindered my business and even has inaccuracies.

Do not like the new listing format and clients like the old system better. I think membership should have been able to vote on this matter, before it was implemented.

I have belonged to five (5) different MLS systems including Rapattoni (remember them fellow PSRAR members?), THEMLS and FLEX. I find the FLEX system cumbersome, difficult to learn, and NOT user friendly at all. I hope the board considers this request to quickly take us back to THEMLS.

The bulk of my working life was in software implementation. This one certainly seems to have been done very poorly. I only attended one training class, which was 90 minutes long and probably should have been an entire day with hands on. The lack of a local go-live support team is glaring. I frankly see zero benefit to me in using FLEX, so why go through the pain? I hope there was a rollback plan.
