Jacc Whyte is a great father, a remarkable man and a provider. Single fathers look at him as a role model!

Stop this foolishness! This father doesn't deserve to be charged with a crime he didn't commit! CPS just want to tear families apart!

Hope all works out for him and his daughter. The laws and system are designed for us to fail. Hopefully he'll come out on the good in..

Drop the charges. This man could not have predicted what was going to happen. He was only doing what any good father would do.

His life is his little girl, we need more fathers like him.

Completely unfair. Especially if it's within the guidelines of the law that she can ride on a motorcycle if she's old enough. If would be wrong if she was much younger.

This man takes care of his child and should not be accountable for someone hitting them.

I grew up riding on the back of my step fathers bike. When I was very very young. Some of the best memories of my childhood. This is complete bull. Drop the charges.

What's the difference in being in an accident on a motorcycle than having an accident in a 4-wheeled enclosed vehicle? There is no difference!

Riding with your child is not child abuse.
