I think this should be at the parents choice..if this was endangerment then having kids in a vehicle in General would be endangering them..just some sort of bs for the state to try to take someones kids..you bet your butt when my daughter is old enough to put her feet on my rear pegs and hold on good she'll be going for little rides with me..people just need to be more cautious period

When I was young I always begged to ride with my dad and now I get to ride next to him!
It was and is bonding and I would never give up that time I spent with him! This man was bonding with his daughter not abusing her!

These charges should be dropped. As the other readers said, this was an accident not intentional. Know the difference and don't be so quick to judge. I'm very happy that they both are okay. Please drop these bogus charges.

I fully support parents riding with their kids. I did when I was a kid and I do with my girlfriends son. It's a awesome bonding experience and makes them happy.

This is NOT child abuse. It was an accident and no father should ever have their daughter/son taken for something that was an accident. They are both okay and will be fine. He should be able to keep her with no charges.
